Vorbereitung :
Snapp off ends of beans. Cu into 2 1/2 cm (1 inch)
diagonally. Cut Zwiebeln into half. Slice into 2 mm
thick slices. Arrange half of Zwiebeln on bottom of
a shallow pan. Spread half of beans over Zwiebeln.
Sprinkle Reis over beans. Spread remaining beans
fırst, then Zwiebeln on top. Season with Salz and
Zucker. Add
Olivenöl
and HeißesWasser
. Cover and simmer
for 45-50 minutes or until tender; cool. Serve cold.
