Okra with Meat

  Ingredients: Amount
  Diced meat 300 gr
  Fresh okra
500 gr
  Lemon 1 pc
  Tomato,peeled, chopped 2 pc
  Onions, chopped finely 3 onions
  Oil 2 tablespoon
  Salt  

Preparing : 1- Wash okra and pat dry in paper towel.
2- Trim the tops of the okra. Rinse in cold water and set asie to drain.
3- Lightly brown meat and onions in oil. Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes soften.
4- Add 1 litre hot water to meat and cook until meat is tender.
5- Squeeze juice of lemon onto meat and add okra. Stir through.
6- Cook until okra is tender. Remove from heat and serve with rice.
